Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 19, 2026.

Data and purpose

No account is required. The app receives an optional catalog search query to filter public repository metadata. Raw search queries are processed in memory and are not persisted by the app. We do not use advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

Hosting infrastructure may process IP address, request time, route, response status, user agent, and security diagnostics to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service. The app operator does not intentionally retain or export application-level diagnostic records for more than 30 days. Infrastructure providers may keep their own security and access records under their published retention rules or narrowly required legal preservation.

Recipients

Recipient categories are infrastructure service providers that host and protect the app, and OpenAI when a user invokes the app through an OpenAI product. Public GitHub content is fetched from the deployed repository copy; GitHub receives a request only if a user follows a source or support link. We do not sell personal data.

Controls and contact

Do not include personal or confidential information in a query. Because the app does not persist raw queries or maintain accounts, it usually has no query record to access or delete. For access, deletion, objection, or privacy questions concerning limited infrastructure records, open a GitHub issue without posting sensitive data; request a private follow-up through the maintainer's GitHub profile. Provider-level controls remain available through the platform used to invoke the app.
